Check-in was quick, a smooth process. The air conditioning was already running, a welcome feature in the heat. The room proved quiet, something i always appreciate. big windows let in plenty of light.
i did notice that there was no bin inside the room, not expected.

The staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness. I found them responsive to all my requests. They were attentive, assisting with directions and providing information about local attractions. i found the service efficient.

Breakfast presented a diverse array of options. i found the pastries fresh. Many choices were available. The area was clean and well kept. i think this is a great place for a quick bite.

the location is great being so close to the train station. the staff were friendly and efficient during check-in. the room was modern, clean, and included good amenities.
the air conditioning did not seem to go colder than 19 degrees.

the hotel's proximity to piccadilly station was very convenient. i found the city easily accessible by walking and public transport. i particularly enjoyed the plentiful and healthy breakfast options offered each morning.
the room lacked soundproofing as i could hear noise from the lifts, hallway, and some internal pipework. this made it difficult to sleep well. the noise from the city was also noticeable despite the claim of soundproofed rooms.
